Nothing is more exhilarating to me than being jarred by a cultural difference–eating pickles for breakfast, washing off before stepping into a Japanese soaking tub, using a hole-in-the-floor toilet… I have stayed in $10 a night youth hostels, and $1000 a night resorts, and enjoy them both. I love sharing the logistics as well as the experience of travel and that is what I intend to share in my blog.
